Weather puts NACC Men's Golf Championship on hold
KOHLER, Wis. -- Inclement weather at Whistling Straits has canceled the fall segment of the 2014-15 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Men's Golf Championship.
Instead of the scheduled split-season four-round championship -- where the first two rounds are played in the fall and the final two rounds are played in the spring -- a three-round 54-hole championship will take place in the spring.
Stonebridge Country Club in Aurora, Ill., will play host to the now spring-only event. The championship will take place April 19-20.
The NACC Champion is the league's automatic qualifier in the 2015 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship.
