MILWAUKEE, Wis. – In most of its matches Concordia Wisconsin was barely tested throughout the last month-plus and with a 9-0 victory over MSOE on Saturday morning, the Falcons won their second-consecutive Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference regular season title.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Concordia Wisconsin entered the fall as the heavy favorites to win the NACC regular season title and those predictions came true. The Falcons won six of their nine league matches in sweeping (9-0) fashion, as was the case on Saturday at MSOE.
- They gave up just two games in doubles play, with the pairings of sophomore Ashley Solberg (Waukesha, Wis.) and junior Elizabeth Carroll (Hartford, Wis.), along with junior Hannah Tresedder (Kingsford, Mich.) and sophomore Bailey Kelly (Racine, Wis.) each blanking their doubles opposition in 8-0 wins.
- During singles play, it was senior Michaela Wagner (Oswego, Ill.) who shined with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at the No. 6 position. As well, Kelly and Carroll also won 6-1, 6-0 and 6-0, 6-1, respectively, to help the Falcons win all singles matches.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- During the Falcons title-winning run this fall, they have beaten NACC foes by a combined score of 76-5.
- Concordia Wisconsin didn't lose a match at the No. 3, 4, 5 or 6 singles positions against league opponents, or at the No. 2 or 3 doubles spots.
- The Falcons had four players undefeated in singles play and a pair of doubles pairings unblemished against conference opponents.
- Kelly moves into fourth place all-time on the program's list for career singles wins with 36, while Jacobsen is fifth with 34. Meanwhile, Tresedder is tied for seventh with 31 and Wagner tied for ninth with 30.
- Wagner is also second in program history with 57 career doubles wins. Jacobsen and Tresedder are fourth and fifth with 46 and 45 doubles wins, respectively.
- Concordia Wisconsin extends its NACC winning streak to 19-straight matches, which has lasted two seasons.

NEXT ON THE SCHEDULE
- The Falcons await the finalization of their spring schedule, which will include the NACC Tournament on May 6 or 7, and they will be the No. 1 overall seed.
