Volleyball seniors ready for final home match

MEQUON, Wis. - Three seniors on the Concordia University Wisconsin volleyball team will bid farewell to the R. John Buuck Fieldhouse on Wednesday night, as they play their final home game in a Falcon uniform.

Outside hitter Brittany Deinlein (New Berlin, Wis.), setter Amy Gray (Urbana, Ill.), and outside hitter Amanda Wilke (Oak Creek, Wis.) will be honored on Senior Night, when CUW takes on MSOE (9-19, 2-9 NAC) in what is also the Falcons' last regular season match.

CUW (5-18, 4-7 NAC) is still in the running for a spot in the Northern Athletics Confernce Tournament, which begins next Tuesday. The Falcons can earn a tournament bid with a win against the Raiders and a Concordia Chicago loss to Alverno.

Wednesday night's game will also feature the "Digs for Emilee" fundraiser to support former CUW recruit Emilee Ziorgen, who is currently battling Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Game time is slated for 7 p.m.
