Esposito Secures USILA All-American Honorable Mention Honors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association announced its NCAA Division III men's All-American teams on Thursday morning and Max Esposito claimed honorable mention honors.

The attackman from Gaithersburg, Maryland is claiming the honor for the first time. Earlier this month, he was named to the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Team with honorable mentions.

Esposito is second in the nation in points per game at 7.16. He is also third in assists per game at 3.58 and 17th in goals per game at 3.58.

The Maryland native is also 25th in man-up goals with nine and 34th in shot percentage at 0.456.

He finished his junior year with 69 goals and 68 assists for 137 points. He also recorded 41 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers.

Esposito was voted as the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Offensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-Conference selection.

He is the only student-athlete from the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference represented with a USILA honor.

Esposito is the second Falcon to claim this honor and the first since 2019.

The charge of the USILA has been to recognize the accomplishments of the student-athletes in our member institutions. The USILA has provided All-American recognition through the presentation of certificates to the student-athlete and to the institution at an annual banquet at the site of the North/South All-Star Game. The USILA has an All-American selection committee chair for each NCAA division.
