Men's Lacrosse Sweeps NACC Weekly Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week for men's lacrosse on Wednesday morning. Max Esposito was voted as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week and Travis Marquardt was voted as the NACC Defensive Player of the Week by the league's athletics communications professionals.

A junior attackman from Gaithersburg, Maryland, Max Esposito is claiming the NACC Offensive Player of the Week title for the second time this season and for the fourth time in his career.

Esposito scored six goals and an assist in the 20-7 victory over Northwestern. He also had five ground balls and caused a turnover.

A freshman goalie from Brookfield, Wisconsin, Travis Marquardt is claiming his first NACC weekly honor.

Against Northwestern, Marquardt collected 13 saves in his fourth victory of the season.

The Falcons return to action on Wednesday at Alfred.
