Men's Lacrosse Claims First NACC Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its first weekly Student-Athlete of the Week honors of the year on Wednesday morning. Max Esposito was voted as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week and Jaxon Hill was voted as the NACC Defensive Player of the Week by the leagues' athletics communications professionals.

A junior from Gaithersburg, Maryland, Max Esposito is being named the NACC Offensive Player of the Week for the first time this season and for the third time in his career.

Esposito went off for six goals and six assists in the Falcons' program-record 28-goal performance against Northland on Saturday. He also finished with a ground ball.

A freshman from Bismarck, North Dakota, Jaxon Hill is claiming his first NACC Defensive Player of the Week honor.

Hill dominated the faceoff circle winning 23 of the 25 faceoffs he saw. He also picked up 17 ground balls and scored a goal on his lone shot of the day.

The Falcons return to action on Wednesday afternoon against Carroll.
