MEQUON, Wis.- The CUW ACHA men's hockey team wasn't able to find the back of the net in Friday night's matchup against the Marian Sabres. Marian came away with the 9-0 victory. The Falcons start the 2021 season 1-2.
Sophomore Ian Robertson (Calgary, Alta.) started in goal for the Falcons and had 21 saves before sophomore Mack Willy (Tacoma, Wash.) stepped in goal to finish the game with 23 saves.
The Falcons had a total of 48 shots on goal during the matchup but just weren't able to put it away.
The Blue and White will be back in action next Friday at Iowa State.
