A look back at 2020: November
MEQUON, Wis. – This week, we will be finishing our look back at 2020. Through all of the ups and downs, there has been a lot to cheer about in 2020 at CUW. We continue our series today with November.
The ACHA men's hockey team opened the month with a game at Adrian on the first.
Curran White was named the new offensive coordinator for the CUW football program on Nov. 9.
On Nov. 16, the CUW men's soccer team volunteered at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
The women's hockey team opened the season on Nov. 25 with a thrilling overtime game at Trine.
The CUW golf teams finished ranked in the top-25 in the GolfStat final fall rankings. The CUW men finished 20th and the Concordia women were ranked 22nd in NCAA Division III.
The esports team continued to battle through the month, competing in Fortnite, Super Smash Bros, Rocket League, Hearthstone and Call of Duty: Warzone. The Super Smash Bros team made the NACE Fall Cup Playoffs and finished top-32 in the nation.
The men's wrestling program finished the month with a friendly blue vs. white scrimmage on the Falcon Athletic Network.
