Track & Field athletes excel at Barefoot Water Skiing Nationals

Concordia University Wisconsin Women's Track & Field athletes Ariana and Kailey Koehler compete for the Falcons from December through May, mostly in the pole vault, while also partaking in some other events. In the summer, the sisters transition to Barefoot Water Skiing, and both posted outstanding performances at the national meet this past weekend.

Kailey won the Open Women's National title, posting an overall score of 2772.11. She captured first place in the trick portion of the contest, while posting a second-place finish in the jump and third in the slalom.

Ariana also had strong performances, finishing third in the overall, while winning both the slalom and jump events. The sisters were among seven in the open women's division at the event held in Alma Center, Wis.
