Henry, Metanova named to IWLCA Academic Honor Roll

GRAND LAKE, Colo. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Caitlin Henry and Veronika Metanova were named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll, the organization announced.

The duo helped the Falcons win at least a share of the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference for the third-straight season in 2017 after posting a 10-1 conference record.

Henry (junior, Lansing, Ill.) is working on her Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology degree and was also named All-MWLC First Team as a midfielder and had a team-best 41 goals.

Metanova (senior, Palatine, Ill.) graduated in May with her Bachelor's Degree in justice and public policy and ended her career as the program's all-time leader in wins (39), saves (517), save percentage (50.1) and goals against average (8.71).
