BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Concordia Wisconsin women's volleyball team opened weekend play on Friday night at Illinois Wesleyan. The 15th-ranked Pointers secured a 3-0 victory over the Falcons to open the weekend.
Senior Maycee Karpfinger (Wauwatosa, Wis.) led the flock with six kills on Friday night. Sophomore Stella Zarling (West Bend, Wis.0 had five kills.
Sophomore Mickenzi Benter (De Pere, Wis.) fed the offense with 13 assists and a team-high seven digs.
The Falcons look to bounce back on Saturday against Illinois Wesleyan and Mount St. Joseph.
