Women's Golf Finishes Fourth at NACC Championships

HARTFORD, Wis. – On Sunday, the Concordia Wisconsin women's golf team finished the four-round Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Golf Championships. The Falcons finished in fourth place at 1430 strokes after finishing with 355 strokes on Sunday. The Spartans of Aurora claimed the team title at 1305 strokes.

Junior Elizabeth Montaba (Elkhart Lake, Wis.) earned All-NACC honors in a tie for ninth place at 341 strokes after a round of 85 on Sunday.

Freshman Ava Litkey (Kenosha, Wis.) finished in 15th place at 354 strokes after shooting 87 strokes on Sunday.

Freshman Mady Doering (Appleton, Wis.) dropped three strokes from Saturday at 92 strokes to finish in 24th place at 370 strokes.

Senior Rebecca Curley (Winthrop Harbor, Ill.) had the largest drop from Saturday at 93 strokes and finished in 25th place at 372 strokes.

Sophomore Shauna Grahn (New Berlin, Wis.) also improved nine strokes from Saturday at 91 strokes to finish in a tie for 31st place at 383 strokes.

Yinan Lu of Marian was the individual medalist of the NACC Championships.

The Falcons return to action in the spring season.
