Men's Cross Country Runs at the Blugold Invitational

COLFAX, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's cross country team competed at the Wisconsin-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Friday evening. The Falcons finished in 27th place with 780 points. Wisconsin-Whitewater won the competition in the loaded pack with 28 points.

Senior Timmy Brey (Cedarburg, Wis.) led the flock in 78th place at 26:39.30.

In 171st place was sophomore Preston Meier (Owatonna, Minn.) at 28:32.30.

Clocking in at 31:22.10 was freshman Mason Everts (Saukville, Wis.) in 225th place.

Freshman Riley Johnson (Cedar Lake, Ind.) recorded a time of 32:54.80 in 234th place.

In 240th place was freshman Aaron Klug (Arlington, Va.) in 240th place at 34:10.80, ahead of senior Ryan Klug (Arlington, Va.) in 241st place at 34:37.00.

Senior Josh Peterson (Palatine, Ill.) finished in 243rd place at 34:43.90.

The Falcons will return to action at the Wisconsin Private College Championships in two weeks.
