Men’s Cross Country Takes 22nd Place at the NCAA North Regional

COLFAX, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's cross country team finished in 22nd place at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships on Saturday. The Blue and White had their best performance since 2015 in 22nd place with 669 points. Wisconsin-La Crosse won with 33 points.  

Senior Timmy Brey (Cedarburg, Wis.) had the best performance for Concordia in 34th place with a career-best time of 25:06.5. His performance earned him All-Region honors.  

Freshman Isaiah Lubner (Campbellsport, Wis.) finished in 120th place with a career-best time at 26:54.3.  

In 141st place was sophomore Preston Meier (Owatonna, Minn.) at 27:25.8.  

Freshman Karl Glick (Boca Raton, Fla.) was in 181st place with a career-best time of 28:43.5.  

Freshman Mason Everts (Saukville, Wis.) crossed the finish line at 29:35.4 for the best time of his career in 193rd place.  

Freshman Riley Johnson (Cedar Lake, Wis.) jotted down a time of 32:52.2 in 215th place.  

Senior Josh Peterson (Palatine, Ill.) rounded out the lineup in 218th place with a season-best time of 33:29.0.  

The Falcons will run again in the fall of 2024.
