
Men's Cross Country Competes at Rose Hulman DIII Pre-Nationals Meet
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Concordia University Wisconsin men's cross country team experienced the thrill of competing in a night race at the Rose Hulman DIII Pre-Nationals meet.
As a team, the Falcons totaled 1,019 points, securing 38th overall.
Senior Timmy Brey (Cedarburg, Wis.) led the way for Concordia, clocking in at 25:22.9 to secure 38th place individually.
Sophomore Isaiah Lubner (Campbellsport, Wis.) followed with a solid performance, crossing the finish line in 27:16.1. Freshman Jonah Slavik (Muskego, Wis.) was close behind, finishing in 27:49.5.
Junior Preston Meier (Owatonna, Minn.) recorded a time of 27:55.1, while sophomore Mason Everts (Saukville, Wis.) wrapped up his race in 28:56.4.
Rounding out the Falcons' lineup were freshman Eric Krause (Jackson, Wis.) and sophomores Riley Johnson (Cedar Lake, Ind.) and Aaron Klug (Arlington, Va.). Johnson finished in 32:55.7, with Krause following at 33:10.9 and Klug close behind at 33:14.1.
The Falcons now set their sights on the Wisconsin Private College Championships, taking place on October 19th.
