Falcons Open the NACC Championships in Fifth Place
RIPON, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's track & field team opened the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday. The Falcons are in fifth place with five points. St. Norbert leads with 67 points.
Sophomore Mitchell Moeller (Cedarburg, Wis.) earned a mark of 14.92 meters in the weight throw in sixth place.
Junior Tim Brey (Cedarburg, Wis.) was eighth in the 5000-meter run at 15:34.92.
Senior Konnor Kingsmore (Colorado Springs, Colo.) reached 5.95 meters in the long jump in ninth place.
Sophomore Bernie Van Den Heuvel (Valders, Wis.) qualified for the 60-meter hurdles in third place at 8.85.
The Falcons finished eighth in the distance medley relay at 11:53.68.
Junior Paul Brock (St. Louis, Mo.) led the Falcons in the 60-meter dash in the preliminary round in 17th place at 7.74.
The Falcons close the championships on Saturday.
