Landon Sather Secures Another NACC Honor

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week awards on Tuesday morning. Landon Sather was once again voted as the NACC Student-Athlete of the Week for men's tennis by the league's athletic communications professionals.

A sophomore from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Sather is claiming the title for the second time this season and the third time in his career.

The Falcons earned a pair of 9-0 victories on the weekend against Edgewood and Lakeland.

Sather posted a perfect 2-0 record at No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at Edgewood and a 6-1, 6-1 victory at Lakeland.

The Indiana native also posted a 2-0 record at No. 1 doubles with senior Joshua Klement. The duo won 8-2 at Edgewood and 8-0 at Lakeland.

He also secured the weekly honor on Feb. 14.

Sather and the Falcons compete again on Saturday against St. Norbert.
