Press Pass: Men's Soccer aims to secure NACC Tournament home match

MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin Men's Soccer team clinched a spot in the six-team NACC Tournament with a win last Saturday against Concordia Chicago. Now, the Falcons will welcome in Lakeland for the regular season finale and will look to lock up an opening round home match in the league tournament.

THE BASICS
- Who: Lakeland (5-12-0, 3-6-0 NACC) at Concordia Wisconsin (12-4-0, 5-4-0 NACC)
- Where: Fitting Field – Mequon, Wisconsin
- When: Wednesday, October 26th (3 p.m.)

DIGITAL GAME PROGRAM

PRESS PASS
- The Falcons enter Wednesday's match needing a win to secure an opening round home contest in the NACC Tournament, which begins Sunday. CUW has already clinched a berth, but need a victory to play at home Sunday.

- CUW has been dominant in its last two home contests, outscoring Edgewood and Concordia Chicago by a combined 11-0 score. In four home NACC matches this season, CUW has scored a total of 15 goals, all 15 of those coming in three wins.

- Killian Mielotz and Nate Yeager have proved to be a solid 1-2 punch at goalkeeper this season. Mielotz ranks third in the NACC with a 0.82 GAA, while Nate Yeager is fourth at 1.31. Mielotz also leads the NACC in total goals allowed and save percentage.
