Keijo Day Named Assistant Coach

MEQUON, Wis. - The CUW men's lacrosse team is proud to announce the addition of an assistant coach to their staff.  Keijo Day, a longtime Falcon men's lacrosse player, has been added to the coaching staff for the upcoming season.

A graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin in 2022, Day was a five-year member of the Falcon men's lacrosse team.  He was a four-time captain and a four-time all-conference player during his playing career.  Day also helped lead the Falcons to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance during the 2019 season.  He finished his playing career as the men's lacrosse all-time leader in points, goals, and assists.

"I am beyond thrilled to have Keijo back on the team.  Not only was he an outstanding player, but he also was a great leader and teammate and we are excited to have him in this role" said head coach Michael Fahey.

"I am super excited to be back at CUW," said Keijo Day.  "I can't wait to work with our guys and grow the lacrosse culture here at Concordia."
