Marian visits CUW men's Basketball Tuesday/ The Scouting Report

MEQUON, Wis.- Tuesday's opponent Marian (8-7/ 4-3NAC) has won four straight games by a cumulative total of 12 points, with each of those contests going down to the wire.

Last second thrillers have been common for the Sabres this season as they also have dropped several nail biters including a 59-58 cliffhanger to CUW earlier this season in Fond du lac.

Cody Veleke is Marian's leading scorer with a 13.4 average and Sam Koslowski is right behind at 11.8 in all games. Veleke is also the team rebounding leader, averaging seven per conference outing. Koslowski and Alex Stecker (9.6 ppg) are the perimeter threats for the Sabres, combining for 33 3's on 85 attempts. Stecker is the floor general for Tuesday's visitors. He has dished out 60 assists, more than twice as many as any teammate.
