Kapco, Johnson Level provide generous donations towards Kapco Park

MEQUON, Wis. – On Tuesday afternoon at a Lakeshore Chinooks luncheon, celebrating the 2014 championship season, a couple generous donations were made for Kapco Park, the beautiful home baseball facility for the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons.

Jim Kacmarcik of Kapco Inc., who donated $255,000 towards the state-of-the-art facility, which completed his gift of over $2 million. Kacmarcik, who also serves as President of the Lakeshore Chinooks, provided the lead gift for the ballpark.

Bill and Bob Johnson of Johnson Level were also present at the luncheon. The Johnsons graciously donated $50,000 towards Kapco Park, which in total was a $3.4 million dollar facility that opened in April of 2012.

The Falcons have spent the past three seasons playing on its home turf of Kapco Park, which is one of the finest facilities in all of Division III athletics. In addition to hosting the NACC Tournament each of the past two seasons, Kapco Park has also been host to the WIAA State Summer Tournament, as well as the Horizon League Tournament in 2014.
