ACHA Hockey Moves Up in National Rankings
MEQUON, Wis. – The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) released its newest ACHA Division II national rankings on Friday evening.
The Falcons are now ranked sixth in the nation. Improving from their seventh-place ranking in the previous poll.
The top-five rankings consist of Mary, Lindenwood, Montana State, St. Thomas and Liberty.
The Falcons are fighting for a spot in the ACHA Division II National Tournament in March in Massachusetts.
The top two teams in the region get the automatic qualifier for the National Tournament. The Falcons are currently ranked third in the Central Region behind Lindenwood and St. Thomas.
The Falcons host the Tommies of St. Thomas this Friday and Saturday in the regular-season finale.
