Triathlon set to compete at USA Triathlon Nationals

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW Triathlon team will compete at the USA Triathlon National Championship on Saturday in Tempe, Arizona.

The Falcons are coming off a sixth-place finish at the USA Triathlon East Region Qualifier in October.

Last year, the Falcons finished in fourth place at the national championship. Sophomore Aimee Uebersetzig led the Falcons in ninth place at 1:19:10.9.

This year, the Blue and White have competed at the NCAA Central Region Qualifier, Trine, MSOE, Illinois and the NCAA East Regional Qualifier.

The highest CUW finish of the year came at MSOE with a third-place finish.
