CUW Hurdlers Post Personal-Best Times at Ripon

RIPON, Wis. – The CUW women's track & field team had three student-athletes compete at the Ripon Final Qualifier on Saturday in the 60-meter hurdles.

Junior Hannah Ebel (Mount Clemens, Mich.) finished in third place with a career-best time of 9.76. She dropped .10 from her preliminary time.

Freshman Maya Hielscher (Macomb, Mich.) secured a sixth-place finish at 9.96. She posted her career-best time of 9.94 in the primary round.

Junior Alexandria Hood (Grayslake, Ill.) crossed the finish line at 10.77 in seventh place on Saturday. She too had a career-best time in the prelims at 10.26.

This marks the final chapter of the indoor season for the Concordia women and the Falcons will compete next at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
