Women's Lacrosse places four on MWLC All-Academic Team

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin had four student-athletes from the Women's Lacrosse program earn Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference All-Academic Team honors, the league office announced.

The MWLC All-Academic Team is selected at the conclusion of each academic year. The honor is given to student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. To be named to the all-academic team, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 and must have lettered during the previous season.

Honorees from CUW were senior Caitlin Henry (Lansing, Ill.), junior Lauren Paquin (Waukesha, Wis.), sophomore Jenny Rudenga (Elmhurst, Ill.) and senior Ellie Woodman (Janesville, Wis.).

The Falcons finished the 2018 campaign with a 10-8 overall record and finished third in the MWLC regular season with a 9-2 mark. They put together a four-game winning streak to begin the month of April and make a push for the postseason.
