2023 Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets… Had a strong showing at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.78, which placed him in fourth place… Had another personal best at the Firebird First Invitational in the 55 hurdles with a time of 8.67…Also ran the 60-meter dash at Ripon Winter Open and Multi with a time of 7.82.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets… Had a personal best at the NACC Outdoor Championships in the javelin throw with a distance of 40.19 meters…His season best for the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.08 and his best for the 400 hurdles was 1:05.05.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in two meets…Had a season-best in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.75 seconds at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in seven meets…He ran his season best in the 200 with a time of 24.79 at the Warrior Invitational…Had his career-best in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:02.83 at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…Personal best in the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.94 at the Carius/Gregory Invitational.

High School (Valders): Valedictorian, class president, scholar-athlete, received high honor roll… Football offensive player of the year in 2019 and 2020… Football captain in 2019, basketball captain in 2020… Lettered in football (3), basketball (2), and baseball (1)...
