Schlosser defends his title: Reigning NACC Player of the Year Sam Schlosser (West Bend, Wis.) returns for his junior year. Schlosser set the CUW individual low 72 hole record last year with a score of 299 (71-76-81-71) at the NACC Championship and looks to continue his success in his final year.

Team setting records: The team enters the season looking to continue their success from last year. At the NACC Championship, the team shot a collective score of 1,273 (324-317-321-311) to set the CUW team low 72 hole record. They will look to build off that record round entering this season.

On the rise: CUW has improved their playoff finishes in each of the past two years. After placing eighth in the 2015-16 NACC Championship, the Falcons jumped up to fourth in 2016-17 and rose again to third place in 2017-18. With the team trending upward, look for the Falcons to challenge for the NACC Title.

PGA Certified coach: The improvement of the team coincides with the hiring of head coach Greg Nikolai. Entering his third year, Nikolai is a PGA Certified A-15 professional and has held that certification for over 25 years. Nikolai has coached three All-NACC men's golfers for CUW.

Schedule blitz: The men's team opens the season on Friday, August 31st at the Culver's Edgewood Fall Classic. The team then proceeds to play 10 matches in September and one in October before beginning the NACC Championship on Monday, October 8th.
