Baseball Battled at Milwaukee

FRANKLIN, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin baseball team traveled down the road to take on NCAA Division I's Milwaukee Panthers on Tuesday afternoon. The Panthers defended their home field with a 4-1 victory. The loss sends CUW to 8-6 on the year.

The Panthers struck first on Tuesday with a single that scored two runs in the second inning.

The Falcons scored their lone run of the game in the fifth inning when senior Sean Tillmon (Plainfield, Ill.) sent the ball down the left-field line to score senior Daniel Hahn (Cudahy, Wis.).

The Black and Gold responded with a run in the bottom half of the inning and another run in the eighth inning.

Sean Tillmon had two hits against the Panthers on Tuesday.

Sophomore Luke Bruckner (Fond Du Lac, Wis.) had the lone strikeout for the Blue and White.

Concordia played error-free ball on Tuesday afternoon.

The Falcons open NACC play on Friday at Edgewood.
