Meijer Moment of the Week - January 30
MEQUON, Wis. - This week, we continue our Meijer Moment of the Week for the 2022-23 season presented by Meijer "Higher Standards, Lower Prices."
On Friday night, the ACHA team traveled to Chicago, Illinois to take on the DePaul Blue Demons in their final conference series. The matchup proved to be a barn-burner with the Blue Demons claiming the lead early in the third period. The Falcons responded with a three-goal third period including the game-winning goal from sophomore Garrett Wilderman. This was Wilderman's 11th goal of the season, but his first game-winner. The Falcons claimed the title of NCHL regular-season champions with their 5-3 victory at DePaul.
