Softball doubleheader with UW-Platteville canceled
MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin Softball team's doubleheader against UW-Platteville, scheduled for Wednesday, has been canceled due to the anticipated rain in the Mequon area.
The Falcons and Pioneers had some tough luck this season trying to play one another. The two were scheduled to face off Saturday, March 25 before being postponed to April 4, which was then postponed to Wednesday.
The Falcons will instead shift their focus to a Friday NACC doubleheader against Benedictine. The games feature the two teams on top of the NACC standings, CUW with a one game lead on the Eagles. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
