Chuck Emme Named ACHA Central Region Player of the Year

MEQUON, Wis. – The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) released its Division II Regional Player of the Year honors on Sunday and for the second-consecutive year, a Falcon was named the ACHA Division II Central Region Player of the Year.

A freshman forward from Glenview, Illinois, Chuck Emme is claiming the honor for the first time in his career. He is the second Falcon to claim the honor with Ian Malcolmson doing so in 2023.

Emme leads the nation with 86 points of the season and 51 goals.

The Illinois native averaged 2.87 goals per game and has seven game-winning goals.

Caleb Kaiser of Army was named the Northeast Region Player of the Year, Dylan Kent of Liberty claimed the honor for the Southeast Region and Jorgen Johnson of Montana State was voted as the West Region Player of the Year.

These four players are the finalists for the 2023-24 Men's Division II National Player of the Year, which will be announced later this month.
