Women's Golf competes at UW-Whitewater Fall Invitational

JANESVILLE, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin competed at the difficult 36-hole UW-Whitewater Fall Invitational on Friday and Saturday and finished in 15th place. Molly Mundinger led the Falcon lineup with a tie for 65th at Riverside Golf Course.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Concordia Wisconsin shot a season-low 387 on Saturday and finished in 15th place after totaling 780 strokes (393-387).
- Junior Molly Mundinger (West Bend, Wis.) led the Falcons with a 190 total (94-96) to tie for 65th on the leaderboard.
- Freshman Gabrielle Flocco (Castle Pines, Colo.) carded a 196 score (97-99), while junior Amy Carpenter (Elk Grove Village, Ill.) had a 197 score (103-94).
- Senior Taylor Chisolm (Lindenhurst, Ill.) ended with a 197 (99-98) and freshman Madison Ferch (Davenport, Iowa) made the greatest improvement with a 111 on Saturday after signing for a 125 on Friday for a 236 score.
- St. Mary's College (Indiana) won the team trophy with a 609 (300-309) two-day total and its own Hunter Kehoe won medalist honors with a 36-hole total of 144 (73-76).

NEXT ON THE SCHEDULE
- The Falcons will next swing the club at the NACC Championship starting on Saturday at Meadowbrook Country Club in Racine, Wisconsin. The tournament is a 54-hole even from Saturday-Monday and the winner receives the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
