DeLong tabbed with NACC Player of the Week honors
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin's Taylor DeLong was tabbed with Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors, the league office announced Monday.
DeLong (Milwaukee, Wis.) scored a career-best 26 points in a 70-67 win over Rockford on Saturday. The senior forward shot 11-of-17 from the floor and pulled down seven rebounds in the NACC road win. She added a 13-point and six rebound effort in a win at Marian earlier in the week, averaging 19.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game over the 2-0 week for the Falcons.
The conference weekly honor is the second of the season and her career.
