2022: Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran a career-best in the 800m with a time of 2:22.27 in the 2022 NACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships

2021-22: Indoor Season: Competed in four meets…Ran a season-best of 5:30.48 in the mile at the UW Oshkosh Early Bird Invite

2020-21 Season: Outdoor: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 2:23.97 in the 800-meter dash at the Benedictine Eagle Tune-Up (April 30).

2020-21 Season Indoor: Competed in three meets on the year … Took second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:53.91) at the Ripon-CUW Dual (Feb. 20).

Sophomore Season (2020): Indoor Season: Ran in six meets on the year … Ran a career-best time in the 800-meter run at Ripon on Feb. 8 at 2:25.17 … Career-best mile time at the NACC Championships at 5:14.33 in 13^th place … Ran a career-best time of 10:40.26 in the 3000-meter run at the NACC Championships in 18^th place. Outdoor Season: The 2020 outdoor season was shortened due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Freshman Season (2019): Indoor Season: Ran a career-best time in the mile at UW-Platteville at 5:41.88 … Competed in the distance medley relay at the NACC Championships at 12:36.23. Outdoor Season: Career-best time of 4:53.11 in the 1500-meter run at the NACC Championships … Posted a career-best time of 2:26.04 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships.

High School (Bonduel): Lettered in cross country and track & field...Academic All-Conference Honor Roll selection...Team captain in cross country...Team won Sectional Championship senior year in cross country...Track & Field team captured three Conference Championships.
