Falcons Slice Lawrence
APPLETON, Wis. – The Falcons picked up their first victory of the season with an 8-1 victory at Lawrence on Friday night.
Senior Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) and freshman Landon Sather (Fort Wayne, Ind.) secured an 8-1 victory at No. 1 doubles.
Senior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) and freshman Peter Naylor (Lockport, Ill.) picked up an 8-2 victory at court two.
Junior Joshua Klement and freshman Izak Roscher (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) secured the doubles sweep with an 8-7 (5) win.
Tim Peters picked off Strawn on court two, 6-2, 6-0.
Landon Sather secured a 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 3 singles over Delgado.
At No. 4 singles, Joshua Klement canned Ito, 6-0, 6-1.
Peter Naylor knocked down Gross on court five, 6-1, 6-0.
Izak Roscher defeated Subnis at No. 6 singles, 6-3, 6-1.
The Falcons return to action on Saturday at Wheaton.
