Falcons Improve on Tuesday

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's golf team finished the Carthage Firebirds Fall Classic on Tuesday. The Falcons finished the competition in 17th place at 677 strokes. The Blue and White dropped nine strokes from Monday to finish the day with 334 strokes. Aurora rallied back to win the competition with 580 strokes.

Senior Tyler Yaun (Rockton, Ill.) led the flock in 80th place at 165 strokes after a round of 85 strokes.

Junior Trevor Wotring (Johnsburg, Ill.) dropped six strokes from Monday in 84th place at 166 strokes with a round of 80 strokes.

In 86 place was freshman Ray Baldus (Mayville, Wis.) at 167 strokes after a Tuesday round of 81 strokes.

Sophomore Isaac Seidel (Wausau, Wis.) also dropped six strokes on Tuesday. He recorded a round of 84 strokes to finish with 174 strokes in 91st place.

Freshman Dylan Smith (Amhurst, Wis.) secured a round of 88 strokes on Tuesday to finish in 92nd place at 175 strokes.

Freshman Tyler Klett (Paw Paw, Mich.) had the biggest improvement on Tuesday with a seven-stroke improvement with a round of 85 strokes to stand in 94th place with 177 strokes.

The Falcons return to play again on Saturday at the Wisconsin Lutheran Fall Invitational.
