Men’s Golf Finishes Eleventh in First Tournament

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's golf team finished round two of the Edgewood College Fall Classic tournament on Saturday.  The Falcons came back from 14th place this morning to finish the tournament in 11th place. Edgewood won the tournament with 593 strokes.

Senior Jordan Carlton (Kewaskum, Wis.) took home the tournament crown as an individual posting a 72 in his second round brining him to a tournament score of 142 (even).  He ended up beating the second-place finishers by two strokes.

Sophomore Andrew Carlton (Kewaskum, Wis.) beat his round one score of 80 by five shots improving to a 75.  Carlton shot a 155 on the weekend that slotted him in 29th

Junior Carsten Zange (Robins, Iowa) came in third for the Falcons shooting a 171 on the weekend.  He was followed by junior Trenton Sherman (Farmington, Minn.) shooting a 173 and freshman Garrett Wilderman (Waukesha, Wis.) shooting a 193.

The Falcons return to the course on Friday.
