RINK NOTES
- LAST WEEKEND: The Falcons dropped a pair of contests against Lake Forest last weekend, while the Raiders split a series with nationally ranked Adrian. MSOE is now receiving votes in each of the national polls this week.

- LAKE MICHIGAN CUP: The Falcons and Raiders will battle for the Lake Michigan Cup this weekend. The two teams shared the Cup last year after splitting the series.

- NCHA IMPORTANCE: While early in the season, CUW needs a strong weekend. The top three teams from each division qualify for the NCHA playoffs and the Falcons have another South Division opponent on tap this weekend.

- GOALIE WATCH: The Falcons went with two different goalies last weekend, starting Jack Romanuik in the opener and Nick Malvin in game two. It will be interesting to see who the Falcons turn to Friday night against the rival Raiders. CUW also has senior transfer Chase Hollander (UW-Stout) as an option between the pipes.
