Softball Weekly Preview: Falcons at home for next four games
MEQUON, Wis. - The Concordia University Wisconsin Softball team brings a four-game winning streak into a pair of home doubleheaders set for Thursday and Saturday. The Falcons will take on Finlandia University Thursday in a non-league twinbill before welcoming Edgewood to Mequon for a NACC doubleheader Saturday.
CUW won its first four NACC games, two each against Alverno and MSOE, by a combined score of 30-6. The Falcons have received strong pitching in those contests, including two complete game efforts by Melissa Perkins and a career-best eight strikeout performance by Emily Brekee Monday against MSOE.
