Men's Volleyball Duo Earns All-NACC Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) released its all-conference teams for men's volleyball on Thursday morning. The Falcons had Lucas Beres and Spencer Herman voted to the All-NACC First Team for the second consecutive year. Lucas Beres was also voted as the NACC Defensive Player of the Year.

A junior middle blocker from Germantown, Wisconsin, Lucas Beres is claiming his second All-NACC honor.  Beres is the first Falcon to be named the NACC Defensive Player of the Year. He is the third all-time major award winner in program history.

Beres leads the NACC and is second in the nation in blocks per set at 1.203. This year, he recorded 95 blocks, 147 kills, 38 digs and 31 service aces., with a .389 hitting percentage.

Spencer Herman

A senior opposite hitter from Kimberly, Wisconsin, Spencer Herman is securing his fourth-straight All-NACC First Team selection. Herman recorded 330 kills while hitting .266. He also had 65 blocks, 21 service aces and 159 digs.

Herman led the NACC with 5.01 points per set and was second in kills per set at 4.29

This is the fourth time that the Falcons have landed selections onto the All-NACC First Team.
