Senior Season (2019): Indoor Season: Career-best time in the 400-meter run at 54.48 at GVSU … Season-best time of 23.99 in the 200-meter dash at Ripon … Ran in the 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays. 2018 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in the 55, 60, and 200-meter dashes…Was third in the 200 at the Private College Invite (January 13), running a 23.80…Ran a 23.43 in the 200 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25), finishing in seventh place…OUTDOOR: Competed in the 100 and 200-meter dashes, along with the 4X100-meter dash…Ran an 11.30 in the 100 at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative (April 28).

2017 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed in the 55, 60, and 200-meter dashes...Ran personal-best times of 6.94 (55), 7.46 (60), and 23.51 (200)...Was on the winning 4X200-meter relay team at the Grinnell College Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 100 and 200-meter dashes...Was on the third-place 4X100-meter relay team at the NACC Championships (May 5-6)...Ran a PR time of 22.67 in the 200 at the NACC Championships...Ran a season-best 12.00 in the 100 at the Private College Championships (April 8).
