Gramarossa recognized by Long Island Lacrosse Journal

LONG ISLAND -- Ben Gramarossa was recently recognized by the Long Island Lacrosse Journal, an online website covering lacrosse in the Long Island, New York, area. The Concordia Wisconsin faceoff specialist recently completed his career this spring.

The Smithtown, New York, native, which is a suburb of Long Island, was a force in the faceoff circle for the Falcons during his career and won 60.3 percent of his career faceoffs, which is third all-time in program history. Gramarossa also won 451 faceoff wins (451-of-748) and picked up 213 ground balls, which both rank second all-time in program history.

The righty helped the program make an appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2019, while also winning the Midwest Lacrosse Conference regular-season and tournament titles the same year. During his time the program accumulated an overall record of 45-18 record and a 27-3 record in league play.
