Men's Golf Closes Culvers Classic

JANESVILLE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's golf team closed the Culver's Edgewood Classic on Saturday morning. The Falcons posted a combined round of 335 strokes to finish in 17^th place at 664 strokes.

Senior Trenton Sherman (Farmington, Minn.) led the flock with 77 strokes on Saturday. He dropped nine strokes from Friday to finish in 74^th place.

Junior Tyler Yaun (Rockton, Ill.) finished in 82^nd place at 168 strokes after a round of 85 strokes on Saturday.

Junior Joshua Samsell (Bay City, Mich.) improved by a stroke on Saturday to finish at 169 strokes to finish tied with junior Garrett Wilderman (Waukesha, Wis.) in 85^th place.

Sophomore Grant Naumann (Oconomowoc, Wis.) finished in 89^th place at 171 strokes for the two-day tournament.

Concordia returns to action on Friday at the Carthage Fall Classic.
