Beers Earns ABCA & D3Baseball.com All-Region Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – D3Baseball and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced its All-Region teams and Sam Beers appeared on that list.

The D3 Baseball team was nominated by Sports Information Directors from various schools. The ABCA teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America Committee.

Senior Sam Beers (Janesville, Wis.) claimed the title of D3Baseball First-Team All-Region for the second year in a row.

He also earned second-team honors with the ABCA for the second-straight year. 

After another solid year that saw Beers rake in the accolades, the All-NACC First-Team selection added another honor to his report.

Beers ended the season with a .364 batting average with 60 hits in 165 at-bats and scored 37 runs. 

He batted in 40 more runs while also launching eight home runs.
