Women’s Cross Country will compete at NCAA Regionals
MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW women's cross country team will run at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals on Saturday afternoon. The race will be held at the Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wisconsin, the race will be hosted by UW-Oshkosh.
Last year, the Falcons finished in 24th place with 694 points at UW-Eau Claire.
Earlier in November, the Blue and White finished in fifth place at the NACC Championships. Junior LaNea Bartel (Kewaunee, Wis.) earned All-NACC honors with her ninth place finish.
The highest CUW finish of the year came at the NACC Championships in fifth place.
The Fastest-Falcon time of the year came from LaNea Bartel at 24:54.4 at the KollegeTown Invitational.
CUW will be racing for a spot at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships.
