2023 Indoor Season: Competed in four meets… At the Red Hawk Invite, Elizabeth had a personal best in the 400-meter with a time of 1:13.00… Her season best in the 800-meter was 2:45.10… Was a member of the 4 by 400 and the distance medley relay

2023 Outdoor Season: Competed in five events… At the NACC Outdoor Championships, Elizabeth switched over to doing the multi… She had six personal bests… In the 100 hurdles with a time of 19.99, in the high jump with a jump of 1.32, in the shot put she threw 8.44, in the 200 she had 31.59, in the javelin she threw 21.57, and in the 800 she ran 2:41.26… Her overall score was 2412
