Men’s Golf moves into third at NACC Championships

KOHLER, Wis. – The CUW men's golf team fell to third place at the NACC Championships after a round of 324 strokes on Monday. The Falcons sit at 630 strokes, two back of Edgewood and 28 strokes back of Aurora in first place.

Senior Wyatt Wilderman (Waukesha, Wis.) led the flock on Monday with 78 strokes for the second-straight day. Wilderman is in a tie for seventh place at 156 strokes.

Junior Jordan Carlton (Kewaskum, Wis.), senior Nate Benjamin (Tucson, Ariz.) and freshman Andrew Carlton (Kewaskum, WIs.) all finished with 82 strokes on Monday. Jordan Carlton leads CUW in fifth place at 155 strokes. Benjamin stands in 14th place at 159 strokes and Andrew Carlton in 15th place at 160 strokes.

Freshman Nick Klemm (Sussex, Wis.) is tied for 35th place halfway through the championship at 169 strokes, after a round of 86 on Monday.

CUW looks to bounce back on Sunday at Stonebridge Country Club in Aurora, Illinois.
