Block Solo Notes: NACC-IIAC Challenge Series on the horizon

MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin will play host to the NACC-IIAC Challenge Series on Friday and Saturday inside the R. John Buuck Field House. The volleyball tournament features the top four teams from each respective league.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- A LOT OF ACTION: The NACC-IIAC Challenge Series is split into two tournament sites, with Concordia Wisconsin hosting the top four teams in the standings from the 2016 season of the NACC and IIAC leagues. Inside the R. John Buuck Field House, there will be two courts running simultaneously on Friday and Saturday.
- CUW ON A ROLL: The Falcons have won eight-straight matches dating back to September 8, with seven of those coming by way of a sweep. They have limited the opposition to less than 17 points in a set 11 times.
- FIRED UP: Concordia Wisconsin's offense has been on fire lately, as they have posted a .341 and .396 attack percentage in two of the last three matches. During the last three matches they have accumulated 129 kills in nine sets (14.3 per set average).
- IT'S A BLOCK PARTY: The Falcons front-line defense has been holding its own this season and ranks 42nd nationally with a 1.93 blocks per set average. They are six players on the rosters with 10 or more total blocks this season.
