Moegenburg tabbed with NACC weekly award
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin outside hitter Kaily Moegenburg was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday night.
Moegenburg (Plymouth, Wis.) averaged 3.27 kills per set in leading the Falcons to a 3-0 NACC week. Her best effort came in a five-set thriller against Dominican on Saturday night. The junior posted 19 kills with a .295 attack percentage and added 16 digs for the double-double while finishing with three blocks. Moegenbug totaled 36 kills and 41 digs over the three wins which clinched a NACC Tournament berth.
The NACC weekly accolade is the first of the season and the first of his career.
