MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW women's hockey team celebrated the 2020 senior class on Saturday afternoon at the Ozaukee Ice Center.
The Falcons celebrated the careers of Natasha Wanless (Madison, Wis.), Emily Godwin (London, Ont.), Sam Lombardi (Ancaster, Ont.), Issy Bilton (Burlington, Ont.) and Breanna Thomson (St. Marys, Ont.).
The CUW senior class has posted 40 victories and back-to-back trips to the Slatts Cup Playoffs.
Breanna Thomson posted 27 saves on senior day.
Emily Godwin led the Falcons with six shots on Saturday.
The ninth-ranked Bulldogs took the game, 2-0.
The Falcons will resume NCHA action next weekend at Finlandia.
